Brooke Winstead

C0-FOUNDER

Brooke Winstead is the co-founder of Wrapped & Refurbished. She brings a strong foundation in business and design, holding an associate’s degree in Pre-Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies, along with construction training from high school.

With years of customer service experience and a natural artistic style, Brooke excels in blending precision with creativity. She is passionate about offering Cincinnati something new — high-quality architectural vinyl wrapping as a cost-effective, imaginative alternative to replacement. Currently pursuing her Master’s in Community Planning, Brooke enjoys binge-watching TV shows and practicing extreme self-care in her free time.

Emmanuel Merriweather

C0-FOUNDER

Emmanuel Merriweather is the co-founder of Wrapped & Refurbished. With a background in graphic design, branding, and entrepreneurship, he brings expertise in leveraging social media, building brand visibility, and creating impactful visuals for websites and promotional materials.

As the owner of his own graphic design and clothing businesses, Emmanuel is well-connected in the business community and is known for his friendly, approachable nature. His attention to detail, quick learning, and strength make him a valuable part of every installation project. Outside of work, Emmanuel enjoys spending time with family, sparking creativity, and bringing people together.
